Packages are delivered by the DPD Croatia delivery service.


All orders will be shipped within 3-7 business days (Saturdays, Sundays and holidays excluded).
If the consignee is not at the address designated for delivery, the courier will leave a notice of failure to deliver the consignment at that address stating that the consignee is obliged to contact the Delivery Service about the new date or delivery aggress within five days from the day the notice was left. The service provider will return the shipment to the sender after 5 days from the day when the notification of failed delivery is left to the recipient, if the recipient does not contact the delivery service within that period to agree on a new delivery date or if the service provider does not succeed in delivering the consignment to the consignee or if the consignee refuses to collect the consignment.
